A special edition for the Charing Cross Road Book Clubs (label pasted over original publisher details on title page).  222pp.  Green cloth-covered boards, gilt-stamped lettering on the spine.  12mo.  Cloth is rounded at corners and spine ends, a little rubbed and browned on extreme edges.  Spotted on text block edges.  Some mild offset tanning on endpapers, else internally neat, clean and tight.  In its original worn, torn and toned dust wrapper, rubbed at edges in places.
