Reissue (first published by Midas Books in 1978).  408pp, copiously illustrated.  Green vinyl boards with gilt lettering to spine.  4to.  Very slightly pushed at corners and spine ends.  Some pencil annotations on front free endpaper, else internally clean, neat, bright and tight.  Upper text block edge dust dulled.  In its original dust wrapper very slightly bumped at edges.  Dust wrapper now protected in a Mylar-style sleeve fitted without the use of tape of adhesives.
