Some mild spotting on endpapers else internally neat, clean and tight. In its original dust wrapper, rubbed at edges and around spine ends, and discoloured. Dust wrapper now protected in a clear plastic sleeve, itself a little aged and worn.
Grey Owl (born Archibald Belaney, 1888-1938) was an English-Canadian writer, public speaker and leading conservationist. Born in Hastings in England, later in life he passed as half-Indian and achieved some fame promoting wilderness conservation. His true identity was only exposed after his death.
