In green cloth-covered boards with black titles on paper spine label (cloth is a little faded, especially on edges, bruised at spine ends). Previous owner’s inscription on front free endpaper verso, endpapers a little tanned, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Sketches of the history of the area of Whitchurch on Thames, in Oxfordshire originally written for the parish magazine in the early 1920s.
