[1947]. 1st thus. A good copy of this hard to find Rupert title. 95p in pictorial boards with linen spine. Boards are worn, a little rubbed and chipped on edges, heavily rubbed on corners and spine ends, spine cloth marked. The ‘Belongs To’ box on the front paste down has been filled in; some pencil writing on title page giving publication details of each of the three stories; frontispiece illustration has been neatly coloured in. A little faint spotting on first and last few leaves, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Letter from a book dealer to his customer regarding the sale of this book in 1998 loosely laid in.
