12pp. Printed on English hand-made paper. Limited signed edition, this being number 468 of 500 copies printed, signed by Siegfried Sassoon in ink on the limitation page. Publisher’s original orangy-red boards (a little rubbed and faded at edges). Two drawings by Stephen Tennant, one full page in colour. An attractive, very good copy, with square binding square and tight. The contents are clean and fresh throughout Number 14 in the Ariel Poems series, Sassoon’s poem pays tribute to his mother, Theresa Thornycroft Sassoon (1853-1947).
