Not dated but likely c. 1920. Stapled booklet. 42pp. Opera script, translated into English by Constance Bache. The 19th century composer, Engelbert Humperdinck (after whom the British singer took his name), provided the music for this fairy opera but is not included in this booklet. Browned, a little oxidized around staples, publisher’s stamp on front. 12mo. Hard to find. COPAC shows copies in the British Library and Cambridge University Library only.
